Introduction
The InstantWave 8.5dBi Outdoor High-Gain Directional Antenna is perfect for installation outdoors and provides greater wireless range in building-to-building connections. It offers major cost-savings and simplicity over installing expensive and difficult-to-install leased line (E1 or T1) or fiber-optic cable to connect separated networks.

The antenna connects directly to InstantWave Wireless Bridge equipment, and amplifies the wireless signal to give a 600m (1970ft) range among point-to-multipoint (wireless bridge to wireless bridges) operation. Providing a transmission angle of radiation pattern of approximately 70 degrees, the weatherproof InstantWave NWA0208 is designed for outdoor deployment in multi-building enterprises, or halls on campus that are laid out in a more scattered pattern.
