We are pleased to announce a powerful new addition to the TiePie Multi Channel oscilloscope software: the Value Extractor I/O, introduced in software version 1.49.
Modern vehicles generate enormous amounts of data. When analysing CAN, LIN, SENT, FlexRay or other communication buses, finding one specific sensor value in a stream of hundreds or thousands of messages can be time-consuming.
The new Value Extractor makes this much easier.
Instead of searching through large tables of decoded messages, you can select the specific value you are interested in and extract it directly from the communication data. The extracted value can then be displayed as a waveform, meter or table, just like a conventional measurement.
